[vintage Betsy Johnson top/H&M skirt/vintage belt and hat]

It's fun getting dressed for work. Picked up this awesome skirt at H&M yesterday; I'm in love with the army green color. I've actually been searching for a nail polish in the same color, does anyone know any?
